I have been teaching since 2002. My first year was spent teaching Anatomy and Physiology at Liberty High School. After that I transitioned to Platte County High School. Here I have taught Anatomy and Physiology, Biology, AP Biology, Earth Science, Environmental Science, Zoology, Principles of Biomedical Science, and Human Body Systems. Prior to teaching I attended The College of Charleston and received a Bachelors of Science with a major in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and Physics. During my teaching career I obtained a Master of Arts degree in Education from Baker University. Currently, I have completed all of the course work toward a PhD in Epidemiology through Walden University.
